Buongiorno, our Boutique hotel doesn't provide air conditioning, we have fan coil heating and cooling fans in all our rooms, that's because we are located 800 meters above seea level so during the summertime the weather isn't so hot

The best solution it's the cable car. In 10 minutes of ride you are directly in Brunate. Bellavista Hotel it's 30 meters closed to the entrance of the cable car. funicolarecomo.it
Buongiorno. Unfortunally family rooms are just on the 3rd floor. Without lift. Crib it's available for 15€ per day.
There's a funicolar or cable car from Como to Brunate that it takes you easily to the hotel. It's only 7 minutes trip.
In the winter time is working until 10.30 pm everyday and on saturday until midnight.
For a family of 4 people we suggest the attic room becuase usually the Junior suite fit maximum 3 persons
Private SPA room costs is 40 euro per 1 hour and half for 2 pax.

There is bus going from S.Giovanni or to S.Giovanni rail station until the funicolar Station.
Going up to Brunate there is only the funicolar (from Piazza De Gasperi) otherwise we could organize and book for you a private car that it could pick up
